How long does shipping take?
Our bundles & wigs usually take 7–10 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking by email.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with trusted partners including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair extensions. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my hair is faulty?
We take pride in quality, but if you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
