Please note that returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and one or more images showing the problem.

  3. Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions required to complete the process.

Return Costs

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect). We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
